has smart ways to #EngageConnectEmpower in protecting DACA and immigrant youth.

Extremist Republicans have threatened to sue if Trump doesn’t kill DACA by September 5th. Over 1,000,000 people are covered under DACA and TPS. These programs enable people to work, go to school, provide for their families, be protected from deportation and gives many peace of mind. The clock is ticking and it’s time for us to take a stand!

Most people don’t even know that the lives of over a million people are on the line. The majority of Americans agree with us – it’s time to activate them. If we tell the stories of immigrant youth and families and inspire MORE people to action, we can protect DACA and resist the Trump deportation force. On August 15th we call on all those who stand against racism and bigotry to show your willingness to protect DACA and immigrant youth!

For immigrant youth, DACA means safety, it means being able to earn a paycheck to buy medicine for your mom, it means peace of mind, it means opportunity. In a sea of bad news, DACA is a shining light of good news and we have an opportunity to save it. In fact, immigrant youth and families won DACA by taking action and now we must take action to save it.
