What is the Bowl-A-Thon? In a nutshell, people raise money for CHOICES’ Patient Assistance Fund, show up at the bowling alley and bowl on April 28, and have an awesome time!
Hate bowling, don’t live in Memphis, or busy on April 28th? Good news! You can still help us reach our fundraising goal. All of the fundraising is online!
Want to be a team captain? Read on, oh captain, our captains:
By using our online fundraising site, you will be able to set up your own personalized fundraising page to benefit CHOICES. You can then direct your friends and family to it via email. You’ll also be able to easily post your personalized donate link to your social networking pages.
All of your fundraising is done before the event. on the day of the Bowl-a-Thon, you simply show up and have a great time!
But Why Should I Bowl for Abortion Access? CHOICES’ Patient Assistance fund helps hundreds in our community who could not otherwise afford reproductive healthcare. By leading your own team or by participating, you’ll be making a direct and immediate impact in our community.
Bowl-a-Thon = protecting abortion access + having a blast!
What Do Team Captains Do? Team captains lead the charge. They will recruit and lead [number of] bowling buddies for their team. Team captains will also make sure their bowling buddies meet their personal fundraising goals. Captains will be the primary contact for the event. We’ll make it so easy for you!
Sounds Awesome! How Do I Captain a Team? Just register! Once you register, you can use our online system to send emails to friends and family asking them to support your team by pledging to increase access to abortion. It’s so easy! [Include the link to your online fundraising site.]
I Still Have Questions. Where Can I Find Answers? Simply check out https://bowl.nnaf.org/CHOICES. If your questions aren’t answered, don’t hesitate to email our team, MiaJenell Peake, Bailea Coleman, Sarah Johnston-Barnett, and Holly Calvasina at firstname.lastname@example.org.
